There really is never a moment's peace in our house at this point. i cut jonathan's hair yesterday, finished it today and while we were in the bathroom elly m. climbed into the tub to read her book. i didn't know she could climb or fall for better words into the tub. but lo and behold, just like her auntie m... she loves to take baths. my mom always told us that my little sister emily used to love to jump into the bathtub with anyone that was in there. getting angry if she couldn't, well her little niece is the same way. she gets pretty perturbed if i say no to her joining me in the shower these days, and now it looks like it will be very hard to keep her out, clothes and all.

What an apt description of life with 2 little ones! Remember that slow, solitary life that sat in my front yard and pulled weeds for hours because she didn't have anything else to do? What WAS her name?!?!?
