Teething

Elly m. has her two bottom teeth now and i am sure that the top two want to come in soon. She is hilarious, when she drops her toy, she just finds a chair to chew on. I am sure that she will appreciate these pictures when she is about..hmmm... maybe 14 or 15. She will say something to the effect of her mom thinking it was so funny that she was chewing on the leg of a chair all the time.... and i do.

Here are the Christmas photos... you can see that we weren't the happiest bunch that evening. and i also left my camera in the car the night before so we got the foggy effect for most of our pictures. I am sure elly m. will be happy to see these when she is 20 or so... how happy she was on her first Christmas. making memories i guess...

Okay, so here i am wanting to start our own traditions and do our own thing, but this year is not going to be the way things are done. Jonathan worked all day on Christmas, but we did have a nice Christmas lunch at his parent's house and then we went home and took a nap. After Jonathan got off work, we did the best we could do to be happy, but i am sure the video explains most of our feelings. Better luck next year, and by the way for those of you who don't know:::: I am PREGNANT again... due august 8 or something like that. i still have to go to the doctor.

Christmas Eve

Well Christmas Eve was great!!! We went to jonathan's aunt helen and uncle peter's house to celebrate. It was fun. i only got a few pictures there. Here they are.

Elly M's highchair

One thing i do love about sweden is the store called IKEA... very cheap things can be bought there and this here splendid little high chair cost us about $15 american dollars. Of course they were out of the tray, but that just gives me an excuse to drive and hour all over again to tramp around ikea.... and the picture of jonathan,, i guess maybe elly m. was getting a little too much attention from me.... he had to do tricks so that i would take pictures of him... so silly... but so fun.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...

to everyone in memphis's envy, jonathan, elly m. and i got to go somewhere other than home depot to get our tree. we got to go to a farm and pick it out and watch jonathan cut it down. though, the first picture is a re-enactment of the whole thing because silly me forgot the camera, my strong husband really did cut this big brute down and carry it all the way to the car for us.... then we got to go home and decorate it. Isn't it pretty????

Blueberry eating...yummmmmieeeee......

Well, I should of known that i would feel this way, but I am not all that excited to be back to sweden. I am super excited to be with jonathan, and we really really missed him, but america is where this little heart lies. anyways. here is a few pics of elly märta eating blueberries, but don't worry many made it into her belly too. She has had quite the cold since we returned and we haven't had much sleep, but we are hanging in there. time change and colds do not go good together.

I must apologize to jonathan and myself and elly m. I didn't take but 10 pictures while i was in memphis... i am so sad about that. I haven't taken any lately either. i guess i haven't felt so well lately. i am so sorry. i will take some today at my grandparent's house and post them later. i love you and miss you jonathan.

4 months old and new shoes...

elly m. is four months old today... and i wanted jonathan to see her new shoes. don't you love them jonathan?? i knew you would. pretty little girl shoes... she loves to look at them.

We didn't leave for memphis last night, but i think we will tonight. i just didn't feel that good yesterday. i thought for sure that i was getting the illness. eek... but tonight. i will leave tonight. we love you babe. we miss you!!!
