first day of ballet

It was the first day of ballet and the girls and I were very excited. It was Ruthie's first day and she did great and of course elly m. did great too. It's old hat to her though.

a stinky breakfast..

I hear ruthie say "somebody tooted!" and then she proceeded to hold her nose the entire time she ate her cereal. It was hilarious. She is always remarking to someone if they have gas at our house " you need to go to the potty and poop!" thank you ruthie is usually my response. Love it... She also tells me how to drive, but that is a whole nother post.

last week......

Last week was a very exciting eventful week. We kept our friends, Ray and Charity,'s children for 4 nights and five days. It was very exciting and fun to have a slumber party every night for the girls and a bit exhausting for me. We also added a new guinea pig to the family. I am still not sure what his name is, but he is so easy to handle and fun to hold. He often falls asleep in elly m.'s arms. Ruthie doesn't really enjoy holding him, but she does like to put her leftover food into his cage. and stuffed animals. I guess they have different love languages when it comes to loving pets.

Noomsie gilah

This girl is too cute sometimes. She loves to laugh and be silly. My new favorite word of hers this week is "tickle tickle tickle" as she moves her fingers all over your leg or arm...All of us just adore her.

Big Back yard

Jonathan went with us to the big back yard awhile ago. I don't have very many photos of him with all 3 of the lovelies at the same time, but I love it when I do get them!!! Elly m. tried her hula-hoopin' skills. let's just say it might be awhile til she gets that one down.

bubbles, bubbles everywhere...

noomi got a bubble machine for her birthday. her wonderful mother bought it for her from the clearance rack at target for $4. and it came with 6 batteries...she almost felt like she was stealing it. the poor third child really gets gyped on their first birthday. but she will never know!!!

water fun

Water is soooo much fun. my kids tend to love to get wet...it never matters if it is a huge pool or a little cup of water, they want to get wet. As you can see.... and poor meme... being pulled in all kinds of directions... it must be awful to be so loved!
